說(shuō)說(shuō)名詞bed

表示“床”，若指的是具體的一張一張的床，其前通常應(yīng)有冠詞或其它限定詞；若指的是與床有關(guān)的活動(dòng)—睡覺(jué)，則通常不用冠詞或其它限定詞。如：

It is time for bed. 是睡覺(jué)的時(shí)候了。

I’ve put the children to bed. 我已安置孩子們睡覺(jué)了。

He sat by the bed, watching TV. 他坐在床邊看電視。

比較 go to bed(上床睡覺(jué))與 go to the bed(到床邊去)。如：

He went to bed at 10 last night. 他昨晚10點(diǎn)鐘上床睡覺(jué)。

He went to the bed and found a red box on it. 他走到床邊，發(fā)現(xiàn)床上有個(gè)紅盒子。

有時(shí)用不用冠詞與搭配有關(guān)，比較：

It’s a bad habit to read in bed. /It’s a bad habit to read

on a [the] bed. 躺在床上看書(shū)是個(gè)壞習(xí)慣。

注：in bed 通常不用冠詞，on the [a] bed 通常要用冠詞。
