at night 與 in the night 的區(qū)別

■at night 的意思是 during any night，通常表泛指。如：

I often work at night. 我經(jīng)常在夜間工作。

He’s afraid to go out alone at night. 他害怕夜晚獨自出去。

It’s becoming dangerous to go out alone at night. 夜間獨自外出已經(jīng)越來越危險了。

Please ensure that all the lights are switched off at night. 夜間請務(wù)必將所有的燈關(guān)掉。

在非正式文體中，有還可用復(fù)數(shù)名詞不加介詞來指反復(fù)進(jìn)行的活動。

■in the night的意思是 during one particular night，通常表特指。如：

The storm blew over in the night. 風(fēng)暴在夜里停止了。
