值得注意的to doing sth結構

在某些含有介詞to的結構中，若其后要接動詞，則應用動名詞。這類結構常見的有：look forward to(盼望), devote…to / be devoted to(致力于), be / get used to(習慣), lead to(導致), get down to(開始認真), pay attention to(注意), refer to(談到), point to(指向), turn to(轉向), object to(反對), equal to(等于、能勝任), belong to(屬于)等。如：

She was looking forward to being a scientist. 她盼望成為一個科學家。

He’s not used to being treated like this. 他不習慣于受到這樣的對待。
