-’s所有格用于無生命事物歸納

-’s 所有格主要用于有生命的人或動(dòng)物等，但有時(shí)也可用于無生命的事物，這主要見于以下情況：

1. 用于表時(shí)間的名詞后。如：

tomorrow’s weather 明天的天氣

two days’ journey 兩天的旅程

2. 用于表國家、城市的名詞后。如：

America’s policy 美國的政策

the city’s population 這個(gè)城市的人口

3. 用于船只、飛機(jī)、車輛等交通工具后。如：

the ship’s bell 船上的鐘

a ship’s deck 船的甲板

the yacht’s mast游艇的桅桿

the train’s heating system 火車的供暖系統(tǒng)
