形容詞comfortable后接現在分詞和介詞的有關用法

She is comfortable sitting in the old chair.這里的sitting分詞是什么成分？其前加個介詞about 或with行嗎?謝謝老師。

首先要說明的是，句中的現在分詞可理解為時間狀語，可視為在其前省略了when或while。句意為：他坐在冰冷的椅子上感到不舒服。又如：

Carole says she’s not comfortable lying flat. 卡蘿爾說她平躺著不舒服。

She felt more comfortable talking in her native tongue. 她說母語感覺更放松。

另外，comfortable的反義詞uncomfortable也有類似用法。如下面一句摘自《柯林斯高級英語詞典》：

I feel uncomfortable lying. 說謊時我覺得很不安。

另外，不能視為在現在分詞前省略了about或with。因為be comfortable about / with 有其特殊用法：

——comfortable about 對……感到輕松或無憂慮

They didn’t feel comfortable about her travelling alone. 他們對她獨自旅游感到擔憂。

Lots of people don't feel comfortable about public speaking. 許多人對當眾講話感到不自在。

——comfortable with sb 和某人相處感覺自在

I don’t feel comfortable with him. 和他相處我感到不自在。

She’s never felt very comfortable with them. 她和他們在一起從來都覺得不自在。

——comfortable with sth 對某事輕松接受

Is everyone comfortable with the arrangement? 這樣的安排大家都滿意嗎？

Few of us are comfortable with confrontations. 我們中幾乎沒有人能輕松面對公然反對。

另外，comfortable的反義詞uncomfortable也有類似用法。如：
