be angry at 對……生氣　　

I was rather angry at what he said. 我對他說的話相當生氣。　　

She was angry at finding that nothing had been done. 發現什么也沒辦成她很生氣。　　

be bad at 不擅長，對……很差　　

I’m bad at maths. 我數學學得很差。　　

He is bad at playing tennis. 他網球打得不好。　　

be clever at 善于，對……擅長　　

He’s clever at English. 他擅長英語。　　

She is clever at making excuses. 她善于找借口。　　

be delighted at 對……感到高興（滿意）　　

I am delighted at the result. 我對這結果感到滿意。　　

I’m delighted at your success. 我對你的成功感到很高興。　　

be disappointed at 對……感到失望　　

He was disappointed at the result. 他對這樣的結果感到失望。　　

She was very disappointed at losing the race. 比賽輸了，她很沮喪。　　

He was disappointed at not getting the job, but he’ll get over it. 他因沒有得到那份工作而大失所望，不過他能想得開。　　

【注】disappointed后可接多個介詞，其區別大致為：表示對某人感到失望，一般用介詞 with 或 in；表示對某一行為感到失望，一般用介詞 at 或about；表示對某一事實或情況感到失望，一般用介詞 with, at或in。　　

be good at 對……擅長　　

This cat is good at catching rats. 這只貓很會捉老鼠。　　

He’s not very good at getting his ideas across. 他不善于表達思想。　　

be mad at 對……生氣（惱火）　　

He is mad at losing all his money. 他因丟失了所有的錢而氣得要命。　　

She was mad at his insincere smile. 她對他的虛假微笑很生氣。　　

be quick at 在……方面快，很容易　　

He is quick at taking offense. 他容易生氣。　　

She is quicker at figures than 　I.　 她在計數方面比我要快。　　

be skil(l)ful at 善于；擅長　　

She is skillful at dancing. 她善于跳舞。　　

The people of this country are very skillful at making carpets. 這個國家的人民極擅長制作地毯。　　

be slow at 對……理解慢（反應遲鈍）　　

He is slow at arithmetic. 他計算不靈敏。　　

He is very slow at his work. 他干活很慢。
