whoever 主要有以下用法值得注意：

1. 用于引導(dǎo)名詞性從句（主要是引導(dǎo)主語從句和賓語從句），相當(dāng)于anyone who或everyone who，意為“……的那個(gè)人”“任何……的人”。如：

Whoever breaks this law deserves a fine. 違反本法者應(yīng)予以罰款。
