英語中有些動詞可以后接反身代詞作賓語，有些通常要接反身代詞作賓語，而有些則必須要接反身代詞作賓語。　　

必須要接反身代詞作賓語的動詞不多，主要有以下三個：

一、absent oneself 缺席　　

The soldier absented himself without leave for three weeks. 那個士兵未請假離隊3個星期。

They’ve arranged that I should absent myself for part of the meeting. 他們安排好讓我一部分時間不在開會現場。

二、avail oneself 有利　　

He quickly availed himself of the opportunity. 他立即利用了這個機會。

You should avail yourself of the books in the library. 你應利用圖書館的藏書。
