last time 有哪些用法

last time 的意思是“上一次”，它有以下用法：

1. 起名詞作用，在句子中用作主語或賓語。如：

This visit is very different from last time. 這次的訪問與上次大不一樣。　　

As we watched, he dosed his eyes for the last time. 我們守著的時候，他最后一次閉上了眼睛。

2. 起副詞作用，在句子中用作狀語。如：

He sings much worse than he did last time. 他比去年唱的差多了。　　

Are you clear that she didn’t pass the exam last time? 你確信她上次沒有通過考試嗎? 　　

用作副詞的 last time 有時還可以用于名詞后作后置定語。如：　　

After your conduct last time, did you expect to be invited again? 有了你上次的行為，你以為還會邀請你嗎?——引自《牛津高階英漢雙解詞典》第四版的 after 詞條。　　

3. 起連詞作用，在句子中用于引出狀語從句（表示時間）。如：　　

He didn’t tell me the last time I saw him. 我上次見到他時他沒告訴我。　　

Last time I saw him he was so fat! 我上次見到他時 他那么胖! 　　

Last time I saw you, you were going to start a new job. 上次我見到你的時候，你正要開始做一件新的工作。　　

用作連詞時，有時也可說成 the last time。如：　　

He was much better the last time I saw him. 我上次見他時他好多了。　　

The last time we met you had a beard. 上次我們見面，你還留著胡子呢。　　

He didn’t tell me anything the last time I saw him. 上次我見到他時他什么也沒告訴我。　　

The last time we talked he said he needed another two days. 上次我們談話時他說他還需要兩天。　　

用于固定句式 This [It] is the last time…（這是最后一次做……）。如：　　

This is the last time I’m paying for you. 這是我最后一次替你付錢。　　

Though no one knew it, it was the last time he would be present at the bank. 盡管沒人知道，這是他最后一次到銀行上班了。　　

Tomorrow morning I leave England. You will never see me again. This is the last time I shall ever look on you. 明天上午我就要離開英國了。你再也見不到我了。這是我最后一次見你。
