percent用作名詞或形容詞有何區別

1. 用作名詞時：其后通常接“of+名詞或代詞”結構，其中的介詞of表示整體中的部分，其意為“……當中的百分之……”。如：

Ten per cent of the apples are bad. 這些蘋果中有10％是壞的。

She’s richer than 90 per cent of her neighbours. 她比百分之九十的鄰居都有錢。

Only two percent of them are qualified for skilled work. 他們只有百分之二的人有條件做這種技術性的工作。

2. 用作形容詞時：直接用于名詞前修飾名詞，其間不用任何介詞，其意為“……的百分之……”。如：

The union demands a 7% wage hike. 工會要求提高工資7%。

I pay him four per cent interest. 我付給他百分之四的利息。

This dress is 80% nylon. 這件連衣裙的料子含80%尼龍。
