【注】at a speed of后通常接速度的具體數值，比較下面at the speed of的用法。如：　　

Can the plane fly at the speed of sound? 這飛機能以音速飛行嗎?　　

注意，下面一句中的at并不表示速度，而是表示“對……”：　　

The doctors were astonished at the speed of her recovery. 醫生對她恢復的速度感到驚訝。　　

at a stretch 不休息地，一口氣地，連續地　　

He worked for six hours at a stretch. 他連續工作了6個小時。
