disappointed的用法與搭配

1. 后接介詞時(shí)，情況比較復(fù)雜，大致原則如下：

(1) 表示對(duì)某人感到失望，通常用介詞 with, in。如：

He is very disappointed in his new secretary. 他對(duì)他的新秘書感到很失望。

My parents will be disappointed in [with] me if I fail in the exam. 要是我考試不及格，我父母會(huì)對(duì)我感到失望的。

(2) 表示對(duì)某一行為感到失望，通常用介詞 at, about等。如：

We are all disappointed at [about] his failure. 我們都為他的失敗而感到失望。

He was really disappointed about [at] not being able to go. 他未能去成實(shí)在感到失望。

(3) 表示對(duì)某事感到失望，一般用介詞 about, at, with等。如：

I felt disappointed about the game. 我自己對(duì)這場(chǎng)球賽感到失望。

I was disappointed at [with, in] the result. 我對(duì)那結(jié)果感到失望。

(4) 表示因得不到某東西或?qū)崿F(xiàn)不了某愿望而失望，通常用介詞of。如：

I was disappointed of the car. 沒等到車子我感到很失望。

He was disappointed of his ambition. 他因?qū)崿F(xiàn)不了抱負(fù)而沮喪。

2. be disappointed 后接不定式。如：

He was disappointed to hear the news. 聽到這消息他很失望。

I was disappointed not to find her at home. 發(fā)現(xiàn)她不在家我很失望。

3. be disappointed 后接 that 從句。如：

I am disappointed that you didn’t tell me. 你沒告訴我，我感到失望。

He was disappointed that you were not coming. 你不來他感到失望。

有時(shí)從句謂語(yǔ)可用虛擬語(yǔ)氣，表示“竟然”的意思。如：

I’m rather disappointed that he should get the post. 他竟會(huì)得到這個(gè)職位，我感到很失望。

4. 有時(shí)可單獨(dú)用作狀語(yǔ)。如：

He turned away disappointed. 他失望地走掉了。

Disappointed he returned to his hometown. 他失望地回到家鄉(xiāng)。
