little表示肯定意義的用法

little 與 a little 用法特點(diǎn)是，兩者都只用于修飾或代替不可數(shù)名詞，其中little形式上肯定，意義上是否定的，其意為“很少”“幾乎沒有”；a little 表示肯定意義，其意為“幾個(gè)”“一些”。如：

I have little money and few interests. 我沒有什么錢，也沒有什么愛好。

I have a little money in the bank to fall back on. 我在銀行還有一點(diǎn)錢，需要時(shí)可以動(dòng)用。

但是，當(dāng)little前使用了特指限定詞(如定冠詞、物主代詞等)，則不表否定意義。如：

注意，not a little的意思不是“很少”，而是“不少”或“相當(dāng)多”，它與quite a little, a good little大致同義。如：
