如何對可數或不可數名詞提問

1. 對可數名詞的具體數量提問，通常用how many。如：

How many languages do you speak? 你會講幾種語言？

How many working days do we have next week? 下周我們有幾個工作日?

How many hours a day do you practise? 你每天練習多少個小時？

How many people have you invited to the wedding? 你們邀請多少人參加婚禮？

How many times has Sputnik orbited the earth? 前蘇聯有顆人造衛星繞地球轉了多少圈？

2. 對不可數名詞的具體數量提問，則用how much。如：

How much rent do you pay? 你出多少租金?

How much salary does the job pay? 這工作的薪水有多少？

How much baggage can I carry with me? 我可以隨身帶多少行李?

3. 若提問的具體對象是不可數名詞前的“單位詞”時，則用how many。如：

How many pieces of baggage do you have? 你有幾件行李?

How many layers of clothing are you wearing? 你穿著幾件衣服？

How many pieces of fresh fruit do you eat in a day? 每天你吃多少新鮮水果？
