as well as后接過去分詞基本上屬于as well as作為連接詞的一般用法，即前后動詞形式保持對稱的用法，所以在as well as前也會有一個相對應的過去分詞。例如：

Evening primrose oil is used on the skin as well as taken internally. (CCED)

He's played football, baseball and basketball for his school, as well as performed in school plays. (CCAE)

It can be inserted parenthetically, as well as placed finally. (GCE)

3. as well as后可接動詞不定式

as well as后接動詞不定式一般限于前文中出現動詞不定式的情況。這時，as well as后的動詞不定式對應的是前文中的動詞不定式。例如：

African stories always have a moral because they were meant to teach as well as entertain. (IEU)

It really annoys me when people expect me to tip as well as pay a service charge in a restaurant. (CIDE)
